Increasing daily logins with Hook's new Goals feature

One consistent piece of feedback from our users was that they could not see the impact of their hard work within Hook. We created a new goals feature that would track users' actions and demonstrate their progress in real-time.

Discovery
I interviewed 5x power users from our key customer accounts and translated this insight into product strategy and desired user flows. I partnered with 2x power users from the interview sessions to gain their input on early prototypes and low-fi designs.
Outcome
The end result was a fully-integrated feature with intricate functionality compatible with Hook's AI and ML capabilities, positively received by our users, leading to a 20% increase in daily user logins.
